Meet the Team

Diane Miller, CFO

Diane serves as our CFO and co-founder. She is a senior financial leader with more than 15 years of professional experience in private and nonprofit accounting.

Earlier in her career, Diane served as Assistant Controller of a Real Estate Investment Fund with 3 Billion in assets under management. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada.

Diane’s accounting expertise ranges from construction and hospitality to real estate investment funds and nonprofits. Diane especially enjoys working with small business clients assisting with payroll and service plan offerings with a view to providing high quality accounting and business services, so clients can focus on their core competencies. Diane specializes in a variety of solutions for small businesses including profit/loss and cash flow forecasting, review and audit prep, internal controls. Diane’s outside interests include hiking and travel.

JP Chalarca, COO

JP serves as our COO. He has more than 20 years of experience in organization process improvement, organizational change and human behavior performance within the public health arena and private industry. He applies this experience to identify and manage issues and help organizations manage their resources in an effective, economical, and efficient manner. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and Master of Organizational Change and Leadership from Pfeiffer University.

JP is responsible for delivering consulting solutions based on his demonstrated expertise managing programs to achieve world-class levels of excellence, developing performance improvement plans, metrics analysis, policies and procedures to increase efficiency and quality, implementing solid staff management best-practices and providing training and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
