Diane has more than 20 years of experience in accounting with an emphasis in nonprofit and residential construction/development accounting. She is passionate about providing top-quality accounting services while you focus on your core business competencies and loves improving processes to increase efficiency and streamline workflows. She has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Finance from Northern Arizona University.

Diane is responsible for delivering accounting and finance solutions based on her expertise in the private and non-profit sectors.

JP has more than 20 years of experience in organizational process improvement, organizational change, and human behavior performance within the public health arena and private industry. He applies this experience to identify and manage issues and help organizations manage their resources in an effective, economical, and efficient manner. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and Master of Organizational Change and Leadership from Pfeiffer University.

JP is responsible for delivering consulting solutions based on his demonstrated expertise managing programs to achieve world-class levels of excellence, developing performance improvement plans, metrics analysis, policies and procedures to increase efficiency and quality, implementing solid staff management best-practices and providing training and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
